No Guarantees on Gameplay or Assets

Owning a StupidMonkeys NFT or $STOOPID token does not guarantee any rights or returns. In-game asset values, including NFTs, are determined by game utility and player demand, which can fluctuate. While players truly own their NFT assets, the usefulness or utility of those assets in-game can change (for instance, due to game balancing updates or evolving gameplay). The team will strive to maintain and improve utility, but it’s possible that certain assets may depreciate in usefulness or value over time.

Development and Technology Risks

The project is under active development. There are inherent risks that the game or certain features may be delayed or not implemented as expected due to technical hurdles. Despite rigorous testing, software bugs or vulnerabilities may be present in the game or smart contracts. These could potentially be exploited, causing loss or disruption. We will make best efforts to audit and secure our code (as noted, smart contracts will be audited and continuously monitored), but no system is perfectly secure.
