StupidMonkeys Realm Hero is designed to achieve rapid yet sustainable growth through a multi-layered strategy that covers aggressive user acquisition, high retention via social features, community-driven expansion, and an easy onboarding funnel from Web2 to Web3 . Our approach recognizes that in a competitive gaming space, we must efficiently attract players, keep them engaged for the long run, and leverage the enthusiasm of our community to fuel further growth.

User Acquisition

We plan to leverage the advantages of both traditional game marketing and the Web3 community to acquire millions of players. Notably, Web3 gaming has a marketing edge: acquisition costs can be up to 30% lower than for traditional mobile games, thanks to viral community channels and incentive-driven referrals. Our strategy includes:

• Data-Driven Advertising: Targeted ads on platforms where gamers hang out (mobile ad networks, X, YouTube, etc.) as well as crypto-native platforms. Early test campaigns already showed promising results, with unoptimized ads achieving a $0.35 Cost Per Install (CPI) in the US – an exceptionally low CPI that we can further optimize as we refine targeting and creatives.

• Fresh Content & Events: We will implement seasonal events, weekly challenges, and frequent updates so the world feels dynamic . For example, a special world event might introduce a limited-time boss or a seasonal festival with unique quests. Regular content drops (new items, new story chapters, holiday events) will be scheduled to keep even long-time players surprised and entertained.

Thanks to these measures, our retention targets are ambitious but achievable. Some top Web3 games report retention as high as 80% over certain periods by heavily engaging their communities . By blending robust gameplay with community incentives (and the added hook of asset ownership), StupidMonkeys Realm Hero will strive for industry-leading retention metrics, meaning a large portion of acquired users will remain active over time.
